The Fitness Workshop
P.T.S.
(Personal Training Studio) was created
by Colin and Cora Moses to fill that niche in Toronto between the two
ends of the Fitness Training spectrum. Personal Trainers in
the ironically impersonal
"Big Gym" scene ... and the "In Home Personal Trainer" who is really limited
by lack of
equipment and space.

Colin has a CPT
(Certified Personal Trainer)
designation from the American Council on Exercise, (A.C.E) one of the
largest and most respected fitness certification, education and
training organizations in the world.
He also has a PTS
(Personal Training Specialist)
designation from Can-Fit-Pro, the largest and most respected fitness
certification, education and training organization in Canada.
Originally from Guyana
(in South America) he is also a
two time former natural bodybuilding champion and was called for trials
to represent Guyana at the Caribbean and Central American
championships. (That's him in the center below winning the Jnr Mr
Guyana title back in 87')

Colin has been in the
fitness industry for
the last 25 years and has a vast amount of experience in training for
the purpose of weight loss, health and general well being, fitness,
sports conditioning, bodybuilding and powerlifting.
His
unique weight
loss program incorporates a blend of resistance exercises, interval
training, and kick boxing to create workouts for his clients that are
EXCITING, FUN and most importantly EFFECTIVE! To quote a client ...

Colin
also has a
current CPR certification and as a former bodybuilding champion he not
only knows his stuff, but looks the part!
Cora is a fitness
enthusiast regularly
partaking in 10k runs and various physical activities. She has been in
the fitness industry for the past ten years in one capacity or
another.
